  • Account Data: First name, last name, email address, encrypted password, subscription status.
  • Billing Data: Processed securely via Stripe. We do not store full card details.
  • Technical Data: IP address, browser type, basic usage logs for security and rate limiting.
  • Uploaded Files: Files you upload for chart generation are processed to create visual outputs.

3. How We Use Data

  • Provide and maintain your account and subscription.
  • Authenticate users and enforce security.
  • Process payments and billing.
  • Improve features and troubleshoot issues.
  • Send essential service communications.

4. Legal Basis (GDPR)

  • Contractual necessity (account & subscription).
  • Legitimate interests (security & analytics).
  • Consent (newsletter, if opted in).
