Graph Plotter is operated by Andreas Philippou, based in the Republic of Cyprus. By accessing or using the Service, you agree to these Terms.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering binding agreements.
3. Accounts
- You must provide accurate information.
- You are responsible for maintaining account security.
- You are responsible for all activity under your account.
4. Subscriptions & Billing
- Payments are processed securely via Stripe.
- Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled.
- All payments are non-refundable.
- Refunds may be granted at our sole discretion in exceptional cases.
- We may modify pricing with reasonable notice.
5. Software License
The desktop application is licensed, not sold. You may not reverse engineer, redistribute, modify, or bypass security mechanisms.
6. User Content
You retain ownership of uploaded data. You grant us a limited license to process your data solely to provide the Service.
The Service does not validate or verify the accuracy of your data. All outputs are generated solely from user-provided inputs. You are solely responsible for decisions made using outputs.
7. Acceptable Use
You may not misuse the Service, attempt unauthorized access, violate export or sanctions laws, upload unlawful content, or interfere with system security.
8. Modifications & Availability
We may modify, suspend, or discontinue features at any time. We do not guarantee uninterrupted service.
9. Disclaimer of Warranties
The Service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind.
10. Limitation of Liability
- No liability for indirect or consequential damages.
- No liability for loss of data or business interruption.
- Total liability limited to amounts paid in the previous 12 months.
11. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless the operator from claims arising from your misuse of the Service or violation of these Terms.
12. Force Majeure
We are not liable for delays or failures caused by events beyond our control, including infrastructure outages or third-party service failures.
13. Termination
We may suspend or terminate accounts for violations of these Terms.
14. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Cyprus.
